This is a 35-foot boat slip located at the Grand Haven Yacht Club, the only private marina in downtown Grand Haven. The slip accommodates boats up to 40 feet LOA (Length Overall) and is located on the north side of the marina–a hard-to-come-by location referred to as ”The Point.” This is a highly desirable area of the marina due to its convenient parking right near the slip, a large greenspace for entertaining, and picturesque views of the linear park directly behind the dock.
The slip includes dual 30-amp electrical service, city water, cable TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Marina accommodations include two restroom/shower facilities, a laundry room, and a clubhouse that members can reserve for gatherings. Everything a boater needs can be found right on-site, including fuel, a pump-out station, mechanic services, and indoor heated storage.
Being so close to the downtown scene is the true highlight of this marina. From the slip, you can view the Musical Fountain, and both the 4th of July and Coast Guard Festival fireworks are directly overhead. Park the car for the weekend, because you won’t need it–excellent places to eat, drink, and shop are all within a block of the marina.
